- 1 teaspoon of Active Dry Yeast
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Salt
- 1 ½ cups of warm water
- 3+ cups of flour
- Parchment Paper (NOT WAX PAPER)
- Place the dough into the crock pot with parchment paper. Put the temperature on high for 2 hours. Just set it and forget it.
- If you want the brown and crispy crust, put it in to the broiler for a couple of minutes.
- Slice it and serve with butter or even better jam!
