Who knew that movement is not only great for your body, but it is also a great way to prevent you from Alzheimer’s disease!
In a recent study, it was discovered that the risk of the disease may be cute by at least 50 percent while at the same time, improving your brain volume from partaking in any physical activity. This includes gardening, walking, playing and dancing. This study was published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.
Researchers found that in a total of 876 within 30 years, who have complete a longitudinal test and 78 years old with MRI brain scans, proved that even a small amount of physical activity was tied to improvement in the brain volume with a lessen risk Alzheimer’s disease.
